How Can primary Amenorrhea Be Treated?

hello, i m 21 yr old and i have never experienced period. i have seen many doctors in this regard and came to the conclusion that i have small uterus and ovaries. on further research, i came to know that i m suffering from primary amnehorrea with secondary physical characteristics. i m worried if i could marry and have child and lead a normal sexual life? what treatment is recommended?

Hi, I think you should go for some blood tests like FSH, LH and TSH levels. It will decide if you have hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism or not. If it is hypogonadotrophic, then you can take some hormones to treat it. Also do a karyotyping for yourself to rule out turners syndrome. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
